求助 HFSS 仿真問題

各位前輩，我方開始用HFSS這個軟件，在仿微帶線的互耦問題，但是仿真總會報錯：[table=1275,#ffffff,,0][tr][td=7,1,1275]“Port refinement, process hf3d error: Failed to solve the problemdue to lack of precision. The likely cause is that the frequency is too low.”
我不知道到底是什么地方設(shè)置不對引起的，還請各位前輩給指點迷津啊！
