CST2013只要電腦掉線就license警告

CST2013跑仿真的時候，如果電腦斷網，CST就拒絕繼續(xù)跑仿真，跳出一個窗口如附圖。
只要連上網，就會自動繼續(xù)跑仿真。請問大家又遇到過這個問題嗎?系統(tǒng)Win7 64位， CST2013 SP3按照流程安裝的。以前安裝2011等沒遇到過類似問題。
跳出窗口的內容：
License lost
Communication with the license server has been interrupted.
Applicationwill automatically continue when the license server becoms available.
Alternatively, you can save projects and exit.
Additonal advice:
The application will attempt to restart the local license service.
If the User Account Control dialog ask you to allow "CST Settings" to run,
