[Simulation Comparison] CST design into ADS...
I made a simple patch antenna in CST. Now I want to compare its results (S11) by designing it in ADS and HFSS. I'm able to import DXF files from CST into HFSS and ADS. I successfully simulated the design in HFSS but was wondering if I can simulate the DXF file in ADS (Momentum) as well?
Is it doable? Solutions?

Sure. Open a layout cell and you will find the DXF import in File > Import ...
Brother I have already imported the DXF...I need to know how to simulate it in ADS to get S-parameters..
As for all EM tools, this isn't trivial for a beginner if you want good, accurate results.
The fastest way to learn it: Agilent offer a great 3-day training that gets you started with Momentum.

Thankyou for the link, but I was hoping for a more rapid responce as Im just interested in comparing results of diff simulators rather learning a tool in a short time.
This is the answer that I was expecting - some users don't spend the time to learn the tool, and then do some benchmarking based on misunderstanding and wrong tool use. How do you want to compare results if you don't understand how to use the tool properly? EM always gives some results - and with untrained users the result is bad and inaccurate in most cases. This applies to all EM tools, not just Momentum.
Indeed one should spent more time learning any tool if he is to work on it later on. But the sole purpose, the forums exist are to help others get their results quickly and efficiently. :)

Before posting here, I had seen alot of Momentum videos but none explain the simulation running after DXF imports :)
But what difference does it make? DXF import is just another way to create the layout. The Momentum part is not different. There is only one detail where you need to be careful: the layer where your DXF layout is imported. You can set the layer mapping during DXF import.
If your layout is not on the standard layers ("cond", "cond2") you need to specify your layers in the EM substrate defintion, instead of the usual cond, cond2 etc. Alternative: you can also select your layout and change the layer to the standard layers.
