計(jì)算S參量時(shí)出現(xiàn)的錯(cuò)誤

我在計(jì)算S參量時(shí)出現(xiàn)這樣的錯(cuò)誤，請(qǐng)教高手怎么解決？

看上去可能是網(wǎng)格太密導(dǎo)致fast參數(shù)掃描報(bào)錯(cuò)，用離散參掃試試看。
